Cit Kinuta - Akatsuki

This is one of my Naruto OCs. I used the same picture I made him in, but only this time I simply added a custom Akatsuki cloak. The design is actually a bit weird. In the chest area its a bit tighter as well around the hips. The cloak fans out at the shoulders and just under the hips giving it that loose/cloak look to it.
